What we do

As a responsible corporate entity, we go one step further by strongly supporting CSR initiatives that would benefit Kenya’s burgeoning construction industry. In collaboration with St. Kizito Vocational Training Institute, Alibhai Shariff has provided scholarships to dozens of young men and women from underprivileged backgrounds. These scholarships have made it possible for the beneficiaries to pursue courses in carpentry and arc welding. The courses pursued are offered in a dual system format where there is a combination of theory classes as well as through industrial attachments in different firms. The Alibhai Shariff Centre of Excellence offers Free Fundi training every Month at our facility at St Kizito. We also conduct training at our clients’ premises for a nominal fee.
